Hayden Grove Senior Living (formerly Development 65)

St. Anthony Senior Living rendering of building

Construction Schedule

February 2022-Hayden Grove of St. Anthony will begin pre-opening leasing activities in the next three months.  We will locate a sales trailer on site and eventually open a model unit to tour future residents around August 2022.  We expect to have construction completed by December 2022 and residents moving in January 2023.

November 11, 2021-Offsite work and utility work will continue at the property through the third quarter and will finish this month. We were provided tax increment financing for, in part, rerouting utilities on the site and offsite from Minneapolis to St. Anthony. We needed to finish a significant portion of the offsite utilities prior to beginning utility work on the main site because 40+ households relied on the utilities we were rerouting.

Onsite, we have made significant progress with demolition of buildings, mass excavation, utility work, and footings. The main access road from Kenzie was completed in October 2021.

While the supply chain has been seriously disrupted on a global scale, we have solved all issues that have come up to date and do not have any procurement issues that we know about today. Our construction schedule is currently on pace for a completion in the fourth quarter of 2022.
