Interstate Development is proposing to redevelop the existing Bremer Bank, former bowling alley site and small parcel owned by Bremer Bank site located at 2654 Kenzie Terrace.

Proposed redevelopment includes:

  • Redeveloping existing Bremer Bank located at 2401 Kenzie Terrace, into a 76 multi-unit housing complex.  
  • Redeveloping former bowling alley site located at 2654 Kenzie Terrace, into a new Bremer Bank facility.
  • Redeveloping small node owned by Bremer Bank on Kenzie Terrace, into a Southern Gateway Entrance Monumentation.
