Dear Neighbors,

During these challenging times, you can be assured that City staff is prepared and connected to Hennepin and Ramsey counties, and the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

All critical City services will continue to be provided, while utilizing social distancing modifications as directed by state and federal agencies. To adhere to social distancing guidelines, we are asking residents to contact City Hall by email or phone with any questions related to City services. We will also continue to keep you informed, providing up-to-date information via our City website ( and social media accounts.

Gov. Walz has taken bold and necessary steps to direct Minnesotans to adhere to recommended guidelines to prevent the transmission of COVID-19. As your Mayor and neighbor, I urge you to comply with the guidelines that are designed to help contain the virus in our state and our community.

Despite being physically apart, this is an opportunity for St. Anthony to come together and look for numerous ways to volunteer. We are in this together, and the size of our Village is our strength. The City is in contact with community leaders who are currently working on developing a process to mobilize volunteers to meet current and future needs of our community members. We will be sending out information as it becomes available.

I ask that we be creative with our help and ideas, yet patient as we learn. These are unprecedented times, and we must all remain vigilant and compassionate as we navigate this newly adjusted way of life. Let’s all join together in unison to make this happen.

Thank you, Villagers.
Mayor Randy Stille
