2. Rain Barrels

   Sign up to purchase a rain barrel for $100 through the city’s annual program. Limit one per household, available to St. Anthony residents only.  Please mail a check for $100 to City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Rd. The first 15 people to return payment will receive rain barrels. Public Works plans to deliver the rain barrels at the end of April.
