  • Enhanced focus of employee evaluations to incorporate the full spectrum of the strategic plan. 
    • Stronger emphasis on individual goal setting and evaluation on reaching goals consistent with the strategic plan.
  • Continued supervisor training in the area of employee development.
  • Continued the mentorship program for new officers. 
    • New officers are paired with a veteran officer to assist with the transitional process and guidance during the pivotal first year.
