    - County Roads and the City's main thoroughfares cannot be barricaded. For any questions, contact the Police Department at 612-782-3350.

    
    

    - The Public Works Department will deliver barricades to the Block Party location prior to the event.

    
    

    - All parties are considered public. City Staff and local media may attend to take photos and/or video.

    
    

    - Please submit application by Monday, July 25 to receive ice cream certificate.
