Permits & Licenses
The Finance Department provides collection services for building/remodeling permits and coordination of inspections with the City Building Official, as well as the collection of annual fees and licenses as set forth in the City ordinances.

The Finance Department provides a number of services to the City of Saint Anthony Village and its departments, such as accounting, insurance, and credit rating services.

Utility Billing
The Utility Billing function includes the in-house processing of water/sewer billings. This process includes calculation of water and sewer rates as well as management of quarterly billing statements and receipts.
