Water and Sewer Utilities

Saint Anthony Village provides its own sewer and water service to residents and businesses.

Utility Billing: Move In/Move Out Form

Complete the Move In/Move Out form for our Utility Billing Department to update our records when you move in or move out.  This form will  AUTOMATICALLY update city accounts for water and also the waste hauler accounts billed by Aspen.* 

Garbage / Recycling 

Aspen Waste Systems is the single hauler providing curbside collection of garbage, recycling, and yard waste for all residential properties up to three units in Saint Anthony Village. Yard waste collection is optional and runs April 1 – November 30.

Online Utility Bill Payment

Electronic Bill Payment  is available to Saint Anthony Village residents.  Payments can be automatically deducted from your checking account. You have two options for electronic bill payment - use our Online Billing Platform or set up Automatic Electronic Payments.

1. Use our Online Utility Billing Platform

• Click this link: Invoice Cloud
• Enter your account number (without dashes) and your Last Name
• Click on the the Blue "Search Invoices" button to view the most recent bill and to make a payment
• Note: you may need to navigate to a different page (select at bottom of screen) to find current bill. 
• You can also set up an account to save information for future payments

2. Set up Automatic Electronic Payments

• To sign up, first download the Electronic Utility Billing Application Form (PDF). 
• After you complete the form, mail or drop it off at City Hall. For more information, contact Utility Billing at 612-782-3318.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you choose to make your utility bill payment through your bank's bill pay service, please allow 7-10 days for the City to receive the check and payment processing.
