Cigarette/Tobacco License

In accordance with Saint Anthony Village City Code (Section 111.045-111.054), a license for selling Cigarettes/Tobacco is required. The license is renewed annually by March 15th. Compliance Guide for Amended Saint Anthony Village Tobacco Chapter 115

As of April 11, 2025 the following changes to Saint Anthony Village’s commercial tobacco ordinance took
effect:

• No new commercial tobacco licenses will be issued (§115.003-6)
• The minimum price for a pack of cigarettes, a standard size tin of moist snuff or smokeless tobacco is $15
  (§115.006-E-H)
• The minimum price for an electronic delivery device is $20 per device (§115.006-I)
• The use of coupons and price promotions for all tobacco and vaping products is prohibited (§115.006-K)
• Penalties for violations of the tobacco ordinance are increased (§115.011-1-4)
