Permits are required for:
Building | Plumbing | Electrical | Roofing | Mechanical | Fences | Windows and Siding | Doors | Accessory Structures and more.
Visit the City of Saint Anthony Village ONLINE PERMIT APPLICATION PORTAL to complete your permit applications. Click the blue image above to go to the online application.
- Allow 10 (ten) business days for permit approval if a plan review is required
- Once your permit is approved, construction shall begin within 180 days or a new permit will be required.
- The approved application serves as your permit.
- As work is completed, please schedule your inspections. Please note inspections that are required, which can be found by scrolling to the second page 2 of the approved application.
