The File of Life is a program is designed to allow for residents to provide their medical information- including allergies, medications, emergency contacts and more- on a form that is inserted into a supplied magnet holder and placed on their refrigerator.
The red “File of Life” on the refrigerator, is recognized by first responders during medical emergencies to allow for quicker and more streamline care. This gives our responders the ability to obtain information in the event you are unable. The file of life magnet and extra forms can be obtained by stopping by the fire station or by calling 612-782-3400.
