Successful code compliance methods always begin with education. Our Code Enforcement Officer is out in the community either investigating reported concerns or proactively identifying violations. Most often property owners are unaware they are violating code. A remedy and resolution often occur after simply informing and educating the property owner.

It is ultimately the resident’s responsibility to comply with all aspects of the code. Sections 150.050 –150.058 provide the complete language on pools and their requirements.

Although it is the citizens responsibility to comply with the full details within city code, this document will identify the expectations and serve as a how-to guide for Saint Anthony Village residents and business owners, specific to many of the issues of commercial and residential rubbish, recycling, and dumpsters.
